Lindsey Stockert brings more than 10 years of HR leadership experience across some of the world’s most recognised tech companies, including Amazon, Google, and Netflix. Originally from the US, she’s supported teams across North America and APAC, helping businesses scale in both established and emerging markets. With deep experience in high-growth, high-pressure environments, Lindsey understands the complexities of building and supporting global teams while managing rapid expansion, evolving priorities, and constant change. She brings a calm, pragmatic approach to helping People leaders and founders navigate the tension between business demands and people needs—especially when the pace is fast and the stakes are high. Throughout her career, Lindsey has partnered closely with leaders across functions to build scalable systems, develop leadership capability, and support teams through the real (and often messy) realities of growth. Her work is grounded in both global perspective and lived experience inside fast-moving organisations.
